At Rocky Mountain Plan Company, we take great pride in our designs and want you to be successful with your build. Because our home plans are delivered as digital files that can be easily duplicated or printed once received, we maintain a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy.

1. Plan Selection & Final Sale

We want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your project. Please be aware that all purchases of digital plan sets are a Final Sale. We strongly encourage you to double-check your lot dimensions and consult with your local building department regarding specific requirements before purchasing.

2. Technical Issues & Defective Files

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept exchanges or offer standard returns, we will always make it right if there is a technical problem. In the unlikely event that you receive a file that is corrupted, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will evaluate the issue immediately and ensure you receive the correct, functional replacement files at no additional cost.
