Not Sure If a Plan Is Right for Your Lot? We're happy to talk through a plan before you commit. If you share a bit about your lot — dimensions, slope, orientation, setbacks — we can tell you whether a plan is likely to work and what, if anything, would need to be adapted. There's no pressure and no obligation.
Want a Cost Estimate Before You Buy? A Bid Set ($500) gives you the floor plans and elevation views your builder needs to produce a real cost estimate — before you purchase the full plan. If you move forward, the $500 applies as credit toward your plan purchase. Learn more about Bid Sets →
Thinking About Changing Something? Most buyers make at least some changes to a stock plan — it's completely normal. For most modifications, we'd encourage you to start with a local designer or engineer who knows your area's codes and site conditions.
