Shipping policy
At Rocky Mountain Plan Company, we deliver our PDF and CAD plans directly to your inbox. Because our home plans are provided as digital files, there are no shipping fees, no waiting for a physical package, and no logistical delays.
1. How Digital Delivery Works
To ensure the accuracy and security of your files, each order is personally reviewed by our team before being sent.
- Standard Delivery: Once your purchase is complete and you have signed our license agreement, your plan files will be delivered via email within 1-2 business days.
- Processing Hours: Our fulfillment team manually reviews and sends orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Specialized Customizations
If you have requested specific modifications—such as Right-Reading Reverse plans or a Foundation other than the default type – it takes our designers a bit more time to make those adjustments. In these cases, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for processing.
3. Available Anywhere (National & International)
Because we deliver everything digitally, you can receive your plans via email no matter your zip code or time zone. There is never a "transit time" or shipping cost for our digital goods.
4. Delivery Support
If you haven't received your plans within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or "Promotions" folder first. Still can’t find them? Reach out to us anytime at elevate@rockymountainplan.com, and we will ensure your files are delivered to you.
